Preowned. Binoculars are in good condition. I would suggest replacing the neck strap since it does have a faint smell of smoke. Not ideal for someone that is hyper sensitive to smells.
Case does have some water damage and a slight smoke smell as well.
While I try to source smoke free items, this did have some smoke smell to it. Ive tried to air this out as best I could but please be aware there is still a lingering odor to these.
